LOTUS NOIR was born from the meeting of two people who share a common dream: to introduce the richness of Cambodian cuisine to Brussels through exceptional hospitality and contemporary culinary artistry.
Co-fondateur & Directeur
After more than 30 years in luxury hospitality, George has built his career in some of Brussels' most renowned establishments: Hilton Brussels, Steigenberger Wiltcher's, The Hotel Brussels, and Cardo Brussels.
Throughout his journey, he discovered that true hospitality goes far beyond impeccable service. It is about creating meaningful experiences, genuine connections, and unforgettable moments.
Chef de cuisine
A talented young Cambodian chef whose passion is inspired by her culture and driven by creativity. Her experience in distinguished kitchens has allowed her to master refined techniques while remaining deeply connected to the authentic flavors and traditions of Cambodia.
Her professional journey speaks for itself, shaped by some of Brussels' most celebrated addresses.
